CORE POWER Wanilia

The ultra-filtered milk makes this noticeably smoother than the other recovery shakes I've tried, and it actually settles my stomach after lifting. I keep one in my gym bag now for the drive home, and my muscles don't feel as wrecked the next morning.

After a long run this vanilla drink really helps with that muscle tiredness without any weird aftertaste. The ultra-filtered milk makes it smooth and not heavy like some other protein shakes I've tried.

I started mixing this into my morning oatmeal instead of milk for an extra protein boost, and it blends perfectly without any chalky taste. The 26 grams from the ultra-filtered milk really helps my muscles feel less sore after heavy lifting.
