2% reduceret fedt ultrafiltreret mælk

I’ve been swapping this into my morning coffee and the extra 5 grams of protein per glass actually keeps me full until lunch, which regular milk never did. It’s creamy enough for a 2% and the lack of lactose means no after-dinner bloating for me.

Picking up a gallon after trying regular milk for a month, I'm shocked how much more protein I'm getting per glass—13g versus 8g is a huge difference for my post-workout recovery. It also tastes just as creamy as 2%, with none of that watery almond milk texture.

I’m getting almost double the protein of regular milk and way less sugar—makes my morning smoothie actually keep me full until lunch.
