I was a little skeptical about ultra-filtered milk, but this stuff is a staple in my fridge now. With 13 grams of protein and zero sugar per serving, it’s perfect for my morning coffee and post-workout shakes without any of the lactose bloat.
I switched from regular milk because I wanted more protein without the sugar, and getting 13g per serving with zero lactose is exactly what I needed. It also froths up nicely in my morning coffee, which I wasn't expecting from a fat-free option.
