I was a little skeptical about ultra-filtered milk, but this stuff is a staple in my fridge now. With 13 grams of protein and zero sugar per serving, it’s perfect for my morning coffee and post-workout shakes without any of the lactose bloat.
I switched from regular milk because I wanted more protein without the sugar, and getting 13g per serving with zero lactose is exactly what I needed. It also froths up nicely in my morning coffee, which I wasn't expecting from a fat-free option.
I was skeptical about ultra-filtered milk, but the fact that it has no lactose while still packing 13g of protein per serving sold me. It froths up better than regular milk for my morning latte.
